There is an estimated 1,878± MBF based on August 2025 cruise update. The entire tract is Site Class III. A tributary of Seven Mile Creek bisects the property, which has combination of north- and southwest-facing slopes, with an estimated 25% of the Tract requiring cable logging. All roads are dirt. There is no legal access, but there is physical access from Highway 101 to the north and southeast sections using Hidden Canyon Ranch Road system.
